Your new role

As an Electrical Senior Project Manager, you will oversee and manage electrical scopes for intricate projects. Your leadership and expertise will ensure the efficient delivery of electrical infrastructure and the effective resolution of utility risks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support electrical-related issues, conduct SME reviews, and manage site investigations and electrical works packages. Additionally, you’ll build strong relationships with utility companies and client teams to enhance collaboration and identify new opportunities.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Strategic Electrical Scope Management:
    Ability to develop and execute strategies to optimize project timelines and costs.
  • Excellent Communication:
    Skills to convey complex concepts, influence stakeholders, and lead discussions.
  • Risk Management Mastery:
    Proactively identify and mitigate electrical risks to ensure project delivery.
  • Relationship Building:
    Establish and maintain strong relationships with utility companies, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Technical Excellence:
    Expertise in electrical design and construction, understanding commercial impacts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work effectively with cross-functional teams and utility providers.
  • Strategic Thinking:
    Develop innovative solutions and cultivate relationships to optimize project performance.
  • Previous Experience:
    In-depth understanding of electrical asset management within complex projects, proven success in electrical infrastructure delivery, risk management, and commercial impacts.
  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or 10+ years of electrical trade experience. Proven experience in senior project management roles.
