Your new role
We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team, working with a federal client. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing solutions using React and .NET technologies. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance solutions using React and .NET.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring best practices in coding and architecture are followed.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and adhere to federal standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role.
• Strong expertise in React and .NET frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience with federal clients or government projects.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Certification in relevant technologies or frameworks
