Your new role

Our client is seeking a Senior / Project Manager to lead the planning, support, and execution of new customer implementations for logistics services based in South Brisbane. Folling a successful tender with a prominent grocery retailer, this role is based in South Brisbane. You will be responsible for establishing operations to ensure efficiency, driving customer engagement, aligning solutions with customer requirements, and managing project budgets, expenditures, and asset deployments. Your role includes providing updates to stakeholders, managing steering commuter engagements, and handling change requests.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 6+ years of professional experience in the supply chain industry

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • PMP certification (Advantageous)

  • Experience with grocery supply chains and multi-country operations is advantageous.

  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a complex business environment

  • Strong understanding of account management and customer-facing roles

  • Capability to work autonomously and develop strong relations with customers
