Your new role

• Translate user stories into required functionality using the Appian platform.
• Design, implement, enhance, and support Appian applications.
• Guide Appian developers ensuring best practices are followed.
• Participate in peer reviews to ensure quality and knowledge transfer.
• Prepare and maintain thorough system and application documentation.
• Analyse and fix production defects.

What you'll need to succeed

• Candidates should have full working rights in Australia (No sponsorship available) - Please do not apply if you do not have full working rights.
• Fully remote/interstate staff (only in Australia) may be considered. However, they will need to travel to Adelaide at their own expense for a few days for induction/introductions and to collect hardware.
• Mandate 2-3 experience with Appian BPM platform.
• Mandate skills for MySQL or similar relational databases.
• Skills for writing reusable common objects.
• Experience in Agile software development - Working with JIRA and Kanban boards.
• Experience working with Business Analysts and Key Stakeholders.
• Appian certification would be highly regarded.
• Experience with other programming knowledge (.Net, C#, Java or any OOP) would be highly regarded.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS/MS Azure) would be an advantage.
