Our client is a property developer that specialises in residential spaces and commercial builds throughout the Gold Coast. Your role as a property administrator will encompass varied duties and responsibilities that support development managers.
Your new role
Your role is essential in ensuring the efficient administration of client portfolios. As the primary source of contact for their clients, you’ll provide exceptional service and support. Your responsibilities include:
- Manage client communications and handling documentation
- Managing client applications, redemptions, switches, and reviews
- Coordinating meetings and preparing documentation for financial advisors
- Data entry, record and database management
- Compliance, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met
- Process improvement
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in the client services role, you will have:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a client services role within financial services and client management
- A high level of professionalism with a focus on customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of attention to detail
- Experience at XPLAN is highly regarded.
- The ability to work in a team and autonomously with a positive attitude
