Our public sector client, based in Perth's southern suburbs, is on the lookout for a Finance Officer to cover current staff members that are going on leave. This is an excellent opportunity to work in the government sector.

Your new role

As a Finance Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing accounts payable invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Vendor statement reconciliation
  • Managing accounts-related queries
  • Other ad hoc tasks

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
  • Experience in the government sector or ERP system is highly regarded.
  • Ability to work in a high volume/busy environment
  • Strong attention to detail
