Your new role

Your new role as a Customer Service Officer you will join a fantastic team located in Marion Shopping Centre. You will be an integral part of a busy team responsible for duties not limited to:

  • Provide exceptional service and manage transactional sales efficiently.
  • Assist members with account access issues, including account lockouts.
  • Process insurance claims accurately and promptly.
  • Verify members’ coverage details and clarify the extent of their benefits.
  • Handle the processing of medical bills with precision.
  • Conduct thorough follow-ups to ensure all member inquiries and issues are resolved.
  • Communicate coverage details to members, including both covered and non-covered services, with clarity and empathy.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role, you will meet the following criteria:

  • Demonstrated excellence in a customer service or sales role.
  • Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales targets and a strong drive to expand new business opportunities.
  • Proficient in utilising CRM systems, with a proven ability to quickly adapt to and master complex computer systems.
  • An empathetic and personal personality
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
