We are partnered with a State Government Department, on the South of Brisbane to recruit an AO7 Internal Communications and Change Officer for an initial six-month assignment with the potential to extend.
Your new role
You'll work closely with the Program Change Manager to deliver internal staff communications and manage key change projects. Your responsibilities include establishing communication processes, developing content, and managing approval workflows. Experience in design or managing external creative vendors is a plus.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an Internal Communications professional, ideally with a background in government or related fields.
Strong writing, content creation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to adapt in ambiguous environments.
Experience in program/project environments and streamlining communication processes.
Proficiency in developing and managing internal communication channels.
Capability to support change communication strategies and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
