• Assisting customers with their meat selections and providing knowledgeable advice
• Cutting, slicing, and trimming meats according to customer specifications and quality standards
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations
• Managing inventory, restocking shelves, and ensuring product freshness
• Handling cash transactions and operating the point-of-sale system
• Supporting the butchery team with various tasks as needed

• Previous experience in a butchery or retail environment preferred, but not required
• Handling of cash and the ability to manually calculate numbers
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays if required
