• Lead and manage multi-residential and commercial architecture projects from concept to completion
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the firm’s portfolio
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Oversee project teams, providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards
• Prepare and present design proposals and reports to clients and stakeholders
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices

What you'll need to succeed

• Registered NSW Architect
• Extensive experience in multi-residential or commercial architecture projects
• Strong network within the architecture and construction industry
• Proven ability to win new business and develop client relationships
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple high-pressure projects simultaneously
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
