Your new role

They are expanding the Brisbane team and looking for enthusiastic consultants to join. In this role, you will engage with prospective clients over the phone, helping them identify their career aspirations and recommending tailored training programs. Your goal will be to convert these interactions into successful enrolments, all while meeting monthly performance targets. This position does not involve cold calling, as you will work with pre-qualified leads.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in hospitality or retail is a plus.
  • A competitive nature and a drive to achieve financial success
  • Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone
  • Strong intellectual abilities and outstanding interpersonal skills
