Your new role
As a Desktop Support L2 Technician, you will be responsible for:
Imaging and deploying desktops and laptops.
Packaging and deploying applications.
Troubleshooting software issues and providing technical support.
Installing and configuring software and hardware.
Managing user accounts and devices using Azure AD and Intune.
Supporting Windows 11 environments and ensuring smooth operation.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Proven experience in desktop support, particularly at Level 2.
Strong skills in imaging, application packaging, and software troubleshooting.
Experience with Azure AD and Intune.
Proficiency in Windows 11.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
