Your new role

As a Desktop Support L2 Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Imaging and deploying desktops and laptops.

  • Packaging and deploying applications.

  • Troubleshooting software issues and providing technical support.

  • Installing and configuring software and hardware.

  • Managing user accounts and devices using Azure AD and Intune.

  • Supporting Windows 11 environments and ensuring smooth operation.


What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in desktop support, particularly at Level 2.

  • Strong skills in imaging, application packaging, and software troubleshooting.

  • Experience with Azure AD and Intune.

  • Proficiency in Windows 11.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
