What You'll Need to Succeed
Technical Expertise: Proven experience in providing expert advice on complex legal matters, particularly in regulatory and administrative law, investigations, alternative dispute resolution, and complaints handling. Leadership experience in a legal setting is essential.
Strategic Legal Advice: Ability to deliver high-quality legal and strategic guidance across various functions, including investigations, complaints handling, and natural justice processes.
Compliance and Legal Obligations: Ensure adherence to statutory obligations and provide training and support to staff to meet legal and compliance requirements.
Autonomy and Organisational Thinking: Capability to work independently and think at an organisational level, with a commitment to supporting the integrity of the entity.
