Job Description:

We are seeking skilled and experienced Site Welders and Workshop Welders specialising in heavy structural MIG welding for our client in the Richmond area. The successful candidates will join our dynamic team and contribute to high-quality welding projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform MIG welding on heavy structural components.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Ensure all welding work meets industry standards and project specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a MIG welder, particularly in heavy structural welding.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant welding certifications are a plus.
