Your new role

As a Lead Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Vision Plus products.

What you'll need to succeed

• Executing System Integration and User Acceptance Testing.
• Preparing Functional Test Scopes and Regression Development Impact Assessments.
• Logging, troubleshooting, and managing defects using tools like JIRA and Service Point.
• Creating, automating, and maintaining test cases and test plans.
• Collaborating with Business Analysts, Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders.
• You will also focus on testing performance, providing progress updates, and contributing to overall testing efficiency through automation.
• A degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in black-box, functional, and user-flow testing techniques.
• Strong knowledge of Vision Plus Modules (CMS, TRAMS, LMS), Mainframe TSOD, and testing tools (e.g., TOSCA, KARATE, Postman).
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Vision Plus testing and automation.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, GIT Lab, and API Testing.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to identify test coverage gaps and enhance automation reliability.
