Your new role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this hands-on reporting role involves overseeing a small team within AP, AR and payroll. Key duties include:
  • Oversee accounting operations for accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll
  • Prepare annual financial statements and disclosures
  • Management of month end and GL
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Lead and contribute to business process improvement initiatives
  • Effective management of direct reports including performance reviews
What you'll need to succeed
  • CA/CPA qualification
  • Experience in leading transactional finance functions
  • Strong technical accounting experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Track record in business and process improvement
