Your new role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this hands-on reporting role involves overseeing a small team within AP, AR and payroll. Key duties include:
- Oversee accounting operations for accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll
- Prepare annual financial statements and disclosures
- Management of month end and GL
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
- Lead and contribute to business process improvement initiatives
- Effective management of direct reports including performance reviews
What you'll need to succeed
CA/CPA qualification
Experience in leading transactional finance functions
Strong technical accounting experience
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Track record in business and process improvement
