Your new role
This role is a full-time fixed-term contract with an initial 18-month term.
Australia wide but Melbourne preferred - Open to Remote & Hybrid.
You will report to the General Manager, Product Design & Development.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and drive the development of high-quality and industry-led training products and projects.
- Contribute to the development of documentation required to support the training product endorsement process.
- Ensure new and revised accredited training products meet the needs of industry, learners and the economy.
- Develop and redevelop qualifications, skillsets, units of competency, guidance documentation and learning resources.
- Lead working groups and collaboratively participate in committees, roundtables, workshops, forums etc.
- Travel for stakeholder meetings and VET workshops, conferences, etc.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working in a project-based delivery environment, which may have included aspects of Project Management, Product Management & Relationship/Stakeholder Management
- Experience working within the Australian Vocation Education and Training (VET) sector (Highly Desirable) which may have aspects of the following: quality/compliance, resource development/instructional design, Training/Assessment and stakeholder management within Arts, Retail, Hospitality, Tourism & Personal Services.
- Experience undertaking research, data analysis, technical writing and corporate/government reporting.
- Relevant Qualification, supplemented with competencies in Australia’s VET sector
