Your new role
Lead and create software and technical designs for the realisation of highly complex development solutions
Develop strategy to ensure high quality code and long-term maintenance of a product's code base
Lead analysis, design, software development, prototyping, unit testing and maintenance activities
What you'll need to succeed
Extensive Experience in OpenShift Development: Demonstrated expertise in OpenShift development, ensuring the ability to build, deploy, and manage applications efficiently.
Strategic Thinking: The ability to think strategically and align operational activities accordingly.
Leadership Skills: Lead and motivate team members to achieve quality outcomes.
Stakeholder Relationship Management: Develop and maintain a range of internal and external stakeholder relationships.
Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict using appropriate strategies.
Effective Communication: Understand the audience and context, and effectively tailor communication and communication styles.
