Your new role

• Lead and create software and technical designs for the realisation of highly complex development solutions

• Develop strategy to ensure high quality code and long-term maintenance of a product's code base

• Lead analysis, design, software development, prototyping, unit testing and maintenance activities

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive Experience in OpenShift Development: Demonstrated expertise in OpenShift development, ensuring the ability to build, deploy, and manage applications efficiently.

• Strategic Thinking: The ability to think strategically and align operational activities accordingly.

• Leadership Skills: Lead and motivate team members to achieve quality outcomes.

• Stakeholder Relationship Management: Develop and maintain a range of internal and external stakeholder relationships.

• Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict using appropriate strategies.

• Effective Communication: Understand the audience and context, and effectively tailor communication and communication styles.
