Your new company
Our client is seeking a dedicated Secretariat Support Officer to provide high-quality administrative and logistical support to governance bodies, committees, and working groups. This role ensures the efficient operation of meetings by coordinating agendas, minutes, action tracking, and correspondence. The Secretariat Support Officer also plays a key role in facilitating communication between stakeholders and maintaining accurate records.
Your new role
- Coordinate and prepare agendas, minutes, and action tracking for meetings.
- Provide logistical support for governance bodies, committees, and working groups.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
- Support special projects as required.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in an administrative or secretariat support role.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Experience of coordinating meetings and preparing documentation.
- Understanding of governance processes and procedures is a plus.
