Your new role

• Ensure the achievement of Study objectives in alignment with the agreed Scope of Work.
• Track and assist in evaluating ESP deliverables across designated projects.
• Actively participate in design and safety reviews, ensuring workplace safety, design quality, and environmental standards are upheld.
• Take part in planning and operations discussions, contributing constructively.
• Support the development of processes, procedures, reporting mechanisms, and QA/QC systems.
• Assist in creating monthly reports.
• Monitor ESP progress and manage contracts where applicable.
• Organise and lead meetings to assess ESP's performance against schedules and budgets.
• Pursue innovative, cost-effective, and safe solutions for infrastructure projects.

• Proficient in advanced computer applications and business software.
• Experience in the mining or mineral processing industry.
• Familiarity with project delivery, planning, and/or project controls within major project or program execution in mining or heavy industry.
• Previous experience in a project-based role within the mining industry is advantageous.
• Proven involvement in the creation and execution of discipline engineering and project deliverables is desirable.
