Your new role
- Attending all inbound calls, and outbound when required
- Providing quotations to customers/dealers for warranty repairs
- Processing payments for completed jobs
- Provide front-of-house assistance for customers doing returns/repairs
- Logging warranties via SAP
- Liaise directly with customers and dealers with job status
- Processing returns
- Flexible to help other departments, when needed
What you'll need to succeed
- Must have call centre or front office experience
- 2–3 years in a similar-based position
- Prior experience using SAP, or any alternative ERP-based system
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Must be a permanent resident or citizen with full working rights to apply.
