Your new role: Working with a large NFP health fund in their Wagga Wagga branch, this organisation is seeking a part-time Customer Service Sales Assistant to join their team! After the training roles, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Providing exceptional customer service and sales to clients over the phone and face-to-face
- Knowledgeable of company service offerings, providing accurate information to clients
- Developing strong relationships with clients, with a 'member's first' mindset
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in retail, sales or customer service working to sales KPIs
- Tech-savvy, able to quickly pick up on systems and processes
- Great communication skills, ability to build rapport with clients
- Enjoys working in a team environment
