We are seeking Customer Service Consultants – Hardships & Collections to join our team, providing compassionate and solutions-focused support to customers facing financial hardship.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Engaging with customers experiencing financial hardship, providing tailored solutions.
• Managing customer enquiries with urgency, professionalism, and empathy.
• Demonstrating resilience and positivity to foster meaningful conversations.
• Guiding customers back to financial stability, helping them regain confidence in their future.
• Utilising negotiation and questioning skills to assess and apply hardship assistance where appropriate.


What You Need to Succeed:
• Previous customer service or contact centre experience.
• A proven ability to handle difficult conversations with care and professionalism.
• High levels of empathy and resilience to support customers during challenging times.
• A customer-first mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing information.
• Prior collections experience is highly regarded.
