A leading Queensland university with operations throughout the state are seeking an Organisational Change Advisor to help guide the organisation through the impacts of change that technology makes!
Your new role
Established many years ago, this organisation has deep ties to multiple communities throughout Queensland not only due to their educational offerings, but it’s community engagements. Not limited to just these (and the many employment opportunities the organisation brings), the significant research conducted at their many sites aim to change the lives of people for the better.
Reporting into senior leadership within the technology directorates ELT (Executive Leadership Team), you will advise how technology impacts an organisation and the changes new solutions bring. Looking at change from this organisational perspective, you will provide analysis of the impacts of change and how the business should operate in response.
Creating impact reports, change road maps, organisational designs, change strategies and conducting stakeholder workshops are all but some of the responsibilities in this role. Whilst sitting within a technical setting, you will be working across the whole organisation and partner with those affected by change.
This organisation teats everyone with equal respect regardless of if this individual is working in the service desk team, project team or any of the non-technical departments and encourages collaboration to get the job done. What you'll need to succeed
You will need as much experience/knowledge across the following as possible:
- Organisational Change Management, Activates and Strategies
- Transformation Management
- Strategy, risk and governance
- Partnering with individuals across all levels of an organization (including relationship building)
- Roadmap planning and execution
- Documentation
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Perfect communication skills (written and verbal)
- Clear spoken and written communication skills
NOTE:
- Full Australian working rights are required
- Applicants need to be currently residing in Australia (those outside will not be considered for this position)
