What you'll need to succeed

• Relevant Architecture Degree or Diploma in Building Design / Drafting;
• Experience in similar roles, at least 6years' and upward;
• Proven track record in residential, multi-residential, commercial, community or educational projects;
• Proficient in Revit;
• Strong foundation of BCA/NCC, building regulations, Victorian Planning Policies and Australian Standards regulating the design and construction of buildings in Australia;
• Experience and/or sound knowledge of documentation processes;
• Excellent communication and leadership skills;
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple projects of varying sizes;
• A team player – this firm prides themselves on always being willing to help each other out to deliver the best result for their clients;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to thoroughly and effectively communicate with including our clients, consultants, architects, building designers, surveyors, planners, engineers, our internal team etc…;
• Attention to detail, naturally shows initiative and is a great problem-solver;
• Strong leadership and organisational skills and attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks within strict timeframes.
