We’re seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end marketing and brand strategy, involving creating and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives. With ambitious growth plans, the position will be fundamental in driving brand equity, enhancing visibility and strengthening market presence across Australia. This role is perfect for a creative thinker who thrives on building brands, captivating audiences, and driving growth.What you'll need to succeed
A tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business or similar.
A proven track record as either a highly successful Senior Brand Manager looking to step-up, or a seasoned Marketing Manager looking for an exciting new challenge.
A background in FMCG Confectionery and expertise in creating and executing a comprehensive brand strategy.
Analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to utilise insights, analytics and data to make informed decisions.
Strong creative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to be hands-on and executional.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
