• Lead and manage the exploration team to identify and evaluate new resource opportunities.
• Develop and implement exploration strategies and programs that align with company objectives.
• Oversee all phases of exploration projects, from initial prospecting to detailed evaluations and feasibility studies.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies during exploration activities.
• Collaborate with geologists, engineers, and external consultants to assess potential resource sites.
• Monitor and manage exploration budgets to ensure cost-effective operations and minimise waste.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on exploration progress and findings.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in geology, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with Hydrothermal mineral deposits
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in resource exploration specifically in Western Australia.
• Strong understanding of exploration techniques, resource modelling, and geological analysis.
• Proven track record of successfully managing exploration projects from conception to completion.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex geological data.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement.
