Your new role
As the Executive Assistant, you will provide executive support to a director and assistant secretary. You will be responsible for the provision of the administrative functions of the executive office and will work closely with the team.
You will be responsible for the below, but not limited to –
- Managing, tracking and prioritising a high volume of emails with actionable requests.
- Strong negotiation and planning skills in managing the executive’s diary.
- Managing travel arrangements and acquittals. Preparing travel itineraries. Coordinating visits and meetings for internal and external visitors and delegations.
- Other administrative tasks such as publishing on the team SharePoint site, maintaining email and MS Teams distribution lists and ordering stationery.

A high level of professionalism, discretion, sensitivity, and interpersonal skills.
Organisational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and work areas efficiently.
Excellent time management.
Attention to detail, precision in your work to deliver and maintain high standards.
Relationship building, strong interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across locations.
Good written and verbal communication skills including the ability to negotiate with a broad range of audiences.
Highly developed skills using the Microsoft Office suite of software (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Visio and MS Teams.
Knowledge of government systems preferred.
