• Coordinate construction activities and ensure project timelines are met.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain and update project schedules and budget reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including engineers and management.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
• Assist in the procurement process for construction materials and services.

• Proven experience in construction coordination or project management in the WA mining industry.
• Tailings dam, haul roads and bulk earthworks experience within a mine site
• Considerable civil construction experience within a mining environment
• Dieback management experience
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and methodologies.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
