Your new role
Your new role will involve coordinating multiple projects and change activities within a program of work, including high-risk and complex initiatives. You will manage program schedules, ensure compliance with quality standards, and lead risk and issues management. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, inter-project dependency management, and strategic guidance for teams. You will also produce critical documentation such as project plans, risk management plans, transition plans, and highlight reports to support program success.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in managing medium-scale projects with effective leadership and stakeholder collaboration.

• Advanced knowledge of quality management techniques and compliance standards.

• Strong financial management skills and the ability to deliver projects on time and on budget.

• Exceptional communication and mentoring skills, with a proactive and innovative approach.
