Hays Recruitment is proud to partner with a rapidly growing Sunshine Coast business specialising in luxury home designs. With a number of luxury homes currently under design or construction, they boast a strong in-house design team and robust connections with developers. The company aims to expand its collection series and franchise across Brisbane.
Your new role
As a Sales Specialist, you will be the first dedicated sales professional within the company. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell the collection series homes, which range from $800k to $1.2M with build times of 4–6 months. You will engage clients through a comprehensive three-stage sales process, utilising a 12-page presentation and virtual reality walk-throughs to showcase the offerings.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience:Proven background in New Homes Sales and high-level sales consultancy, preferably with experience in the Developer Space.
- Skills:Exceptional communication skills, ethical sales practices, and a passion for design.
- Attributes:Ability to relate to customers and guide them through the sales journey, ensuring they feel confident and informed throughout the process.
