Your new role

In this role you will have a vital part in stakeholder engagement, ensuring customer needs are met. You will have a strong technical understanding with the ability to handle technical enquiries. This role sees you managing the team and working to ensure the best user experience. You will be administratively competent in scheduling, producing reports, managing projects and co-ordinating the team.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience running projects and managing a small team

  • Prince2 and/or ITIL advantageous

  • IT/Technical understanding and high-level stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
