About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Team Leader (APS4 equivalent) to join our dynamic team in Canberra. This role is pivotal in managing team resourcing, rostering, and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative duties. The successful candidate will conduct quality assurance checks on emails and calls, approve drafted emails in Salesforce CRM, and manage updates to support materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage resourcing, rostering, and ongoing availability.
- Undertake general administrative duties.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on Shopfront emails, including stakeholder engagement and follow-up.
- Approve drafted emails in the Salesforce CRM.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on calls and case records within the Salesforce CRM.
- Manage updates to support materials such as Knowledge Base Articles, SOPs, desk side materials, and input to weekly emails.
- Conduct a monthly audit of accounts/access for APS3 Service Officers.
- Coordinate on-boarding/exiting procedures, including the New Starter packs.
Essential Criteria:
- A sound understanding of cyber security fundamentals and an interest in supporting and educating members of the public.
- Demonstrated computer literacy.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Effective administrative skills, including managing resourcing, rosters, managing the relationship between the department and the Seller, and the ability to multitask.
- Effective management skills, including managing work volumes, ACSH resourcing, training and development, call quality control, and budgeting.
- Demonstrated maturity and the ability to manage challenging conversations with staff and customers.
Ability to:
Follow procedures and provide a positive customer experience.
Build and sustain positive relationships with team members and customers.
Work autonomously with limited supervision.
Use common sense and resolve issues by sourcing information, asking questions, and escalating to management as required.
Identify learning opportunities and facilitate improvements to work tasks and business practices.
