• Participate in ecological surveys, impact assessments and offset investigations
• Participate in the delivery of bird and bat risk assessments, utilisation surveys (BBUS) and adaptive management plans
• Participate in the delivery of high-quality technical reports
• Participate in the development of bid win strategies and project proposals
• Participate in the development of project delivery plans and work with internal project delivery teams to meet project goals
• Commitment to safe work practices

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in ecology, environmental science, or a related field
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in ecological consulting
• Knowledge of NSW environmental regulations and ecological assessment methodologies
• Strong skills in bird identification
• Experience implementing bird and bat risk assessments, utilisation surveys and adaptive management plans
• Proficiency with relevant software (e.g., GIS tools) and data analysis
