Your new role

• Program: Working on the Data Transformation Program, involves transformation from their current Enterprise Data Warehouse to GCP
• Major program - $70M over multiple years, bank-wide.
• Data transformation is tied closely to APRA risk and regulatory reporting.
• Team: Reporting to the Program Director
• Stakeholders: Will be working with senior leaders across a range of teams and responsible for business engagement, streamlining process, along with BA tasks.

What you'll need to succeed

• Will need 10-15 years' accumulative experience and 7-10 years in a Senior Engagement Manager/BA role, with a strong background in managing senior stakeholder relationships and streamlining processes
• Ideally will have a Big 4 background or Consultancy background
• Strong Data Transformation projects experience is essential, along with a background working on regulatory initiatives.
• GCP (Google Cloud Platform) is preferred but can consider experience with AWS / Azure.
