What you'll need to succeed

To excel in this role, you must be:

• Admitted to practice as a legal practitioner in NSW and hold a current unrestricted practising certificate.

• You should have a strong understanding of statutory legislation and experience in providing legal advice on government-related matters.

• Experience in building and construction law or strata law is highly preferred.

• Key skills include the ability to analyze and interpret legislation, draft legal documents, and provide clear and concise legal advice.
