Your new role
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you must be:
Admitted to practice as a legal practitioner in NSW and hold a current unrestricted practising certificate.
You should have a strong understanding of statutory legislation and experience in providing legal advice on government-related matters.
Experience in building and construction law or strata law is highly preferred.
Key skills include the ability to analyze and interpret legislation, draft legal documents, and provide clear and concise legal advice.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with clients and stakeholders.
