Your new role
We are seeking a motivated and skilled L1 Service Desk Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Azure, Active Directory, and the Office 365 suite. As an L1 Service Desk Officer, you will be the first point of contact for the clients, providing technical support and ensuring smooth IT operations.
Salary: $65000 - 70000 + Superannuation
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve technical support requests via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in a similar role within an MSP
- Strong knowledge of Azure, Active Directory, and the Office 365 suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
