You will be joining the Asset Systems team, a dedicated group focused on managing project and equipment expenditures against physical assets. The team uses advanced tools and systems to ensure precise capitalisation of expenditures.

Your new role

In this position, you will identify expenditures from SAP Financial System work packages, determine their relation to existing assets in the Computerised Asset Management System (Mainpac), and use preformatted Excel spreadsheets to create or update asset records through a hierarchical segmentation method. You’ll reconcile asset and financial records and coordinate with the Asset Systems and Finance teams to obtain dataset endorsements.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong engineering knowledge, including terminologies and infrastructure components.
• Expertise in hierarchical asset segmentation for lifecycle operational, engineering, and financial needs.
• Proficiency in Computerised Asset Management Systems like Mainpac.
• Advanced SAP financial system skills to group and identify asset expenditures.
• Advanced Excel skills for bulk data manipulation.
• Understanding of databases, including tables and queries.
