Your new role
Identify, develop, and promote rental opportunities with existing and new customers.
Provide responsive and customer-focused service, ensuring customers have a positive experience.
Maintain up-to-date records on CRM.
Liaise with Category Managers and the Service Team regarding customer feedback.
Follow up on missing or delayed freight.
Make proactive outbound calls as directed by the Head of Sales.
What you'll need to succeed
A degree in electrical engineering is a must for this role.
A successful track record in customer service or sales
Knowledge of electrical power test and measurement equipment.
Highly effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Competent computing skills with experience using a complex CRM.
Demonstrated initiative and a willingness to continuously learn and develop product knowledge.
