A fast-growing boutique firm based in the heart of the CBD. This firm has recently merged with another practice and is now looking to expand the team further and bring in a Senior/Supervisor.
Your new role
Oversee and manage accounting processes for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Prepare and review financial statements
Conduct tax planning and compliance for high-net-worth individuals, trusts, estates, and family-owned entities.
Provides strategic advice and insights to clients regarding financial decisions and planning.
Collaborate with internal teams & offshore team to streamline accounting workflows.
Mentor and support junior staff
Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and tax regulations, ensuring best practices are applied.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
CA/CPA or equivalent certification preferred
4+ years of experience in accounting in a local accounting firm
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
Proficiency in accounting software and tools;
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with clients and team members.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Full working rights in Australia
