Your new role
Your exciting new role as a People & Logistics administrator position will involve:
- Collaborating with the team to coordinate travel, accommodation, and shutdown/mobilisation services.
- Handling site access requests, roster and ad-hoc travel and accommodation arrangements, as well as expense management and reconciliation.
- Managing end-to-end mobilisation requirements, including site access, training, and domestic travel.
- Performing administrative tasks related to the travel and accommodation system, including data maintenance.
- Addressing emails and phone calls, prioritising exceptional customer service.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
- Proficiency in using travel booking systems (INX InFlight and/or INX SAM), dashboards, reporting and auditing.
- Strong attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities proactively and manage time-sensitive tasks.
- Valued experience in complex travel management, data analytics and/or FIFO travel operations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with all levels of the organisation, from frontline staff to senior management.
