Your new company

You'll be working as part of a construction and infrastructure consulting firm based in Redfern, Sydney. Join a small business looking at growing their portfolio and generating new projects in the capital works space.

Your new role

• At least 5 years bid experience within the construction, infrastructure or architecture sector
• Demonstrates project management skills, including excellent time-management
• Demonstrates creativity, strategic thinking and ability to develop strong relationships
• Developing technical and graphic submissions in InDesign and Microsoft Word
• High-level attention to detail with experience of communicating with senior stakeholders
• End-to-end development of responses to RFTs, RFPs, EOIs, and capability statements
• Expand the central bid library, including CVs, project sheets, and case studies

What you'll need to succeed

You'll need a background in bid management with a strong market knowledge of construction and infrastructure projects. You will be driving new business, submitting expressions of interest and panel applications. We're looking for someone who has great knowledge of the industry and the ability to manage their own time effectively. You'll be working to submit capital works tenders for construction, renovation, or maintenance projects.
