Your new role
The Personal Assistant is responsible for supporting the Managing Director/General Manager, providing administrative experience to the management team and overseeing the general day-to-day operations of the office. Success in this role will require the incumbent to establish strong relationships with the Management Team and all stakeholders to ensure the operational efficiency of the organisation.
Responsibilities will include:
Diary Management
Co-ordinate business-related travel arrangements through travel booking agent
Monthly expense management and reconciliation
Develop presentations for client meetings
Minute taking and distribution
Organisation of special projects and events, including conferences, training days, offsite meetings
Conduct adhoc research and sourcing of information as requested
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Manager or Administrator.
Organisational skills to manage and prioritise multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with travel booking systems and efficient time management for coordinating travel.
Financial acumen for expense reporting and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy.
Proficiency in creating engaging presentations and clear communication skills.
Attentive listening for minute taking and clear, concise writing for documentation.
