Your New Role:
- Account management of all channels, including national chain stores, independent retail stores, and on-premise customers within the assigned territory.
- Following sales processes to drive distribution, rate of sale, promotional activity, and sales across all channels.
- Developing high-quality relationships with customers and trade partners to achieve sustainable profitable account growth.
- Further developing the profile of our brands through customer business review presentations and establishing/maintaining brand advocacy for the portfolio.
- Using market and sales data to support account management and best practice category management.
- Ensuring customer alignment and execution of store, banner, and national agreements and plans.
- Executing business objectives and campaigns.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on customers and the wider market.
- Following processes with CRM, Power BI, and other tools to support business goals and ensure timely and accurate administration.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a corporate and/or global environment in a relevant industry (e.g., FMCG, alcohol, beverage, retail, or hospitality).
- Current and valid driving licence.
- Preferred: Wine industry knowledge and/or qualifications.
