Payroll Specialist - ADP

Part-Time Payroll Officer on a temp basis in the Inner South of Sydney

Your new company

This company specialises in high-performance tools for monitoring and analysing digital communications; their solutions are used in industries where precision and reliability are essential, such as aerospace and defence. They are seeking an ADP expert on an ongoing basis, 2 days a week, to support the team in transitioning their payroll system.

Your new role

In this role, you will:
  • Assist the payroll team and wider finance team in implementing ADP
  • Be involved in the transition of the current old system to a new payroll system, including migrating all data
  • Aid the team in rolling out the system, including parallel pay runs
  • Networking with key stakeholders communicating vital processes for the ADP rollout
  • Overlooking payroll processes, offering insights and improvements if need be

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience with ADP is essential
  • Previous exposure and processing of end-to-end payroll is advantageous
  • Great problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with system transition and implementation
  • Able to commit to 2 days a week on an ongoing basis (can make the role full time with adhoc duties)
