Your new role

As a Construction Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of residential construction projects. Working full-time from their office in Townsville, you will handle a range of hands-on administrative tasks essential to the successful delivery of each project.
Key Responsibilities:What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent organisational and time-management skills, allowing you to juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, giving you the confidence to liaise with a range of stakeholders. You must have meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation. A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving is crucial. Experience as an administrator or office coordinator within the construction industry is required, along with an understanding of the construction process, which is highly desirable.
Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Xero, and Word, is necessary. Additionally, experience with construction management software, particularly the Buildertrend Suite, is highly desirable.
