Based in North Melbourne, this local government agency is seeking a Digital Instructional Designer on a project basis to revamp their learning framework, experience and to launch a new program. This role boasts high flexibility in working arrangements.

Your new role

Your key responsibility is to revamp the overall learning framework from module review to user experience, in collaboration with the wider capability team on LMS data management and compliance. As a digital instructional designer, you will work with internal and external stakeholders on the digitalisation of training platforms, impact and effectiveness of learning, ensuring all improvements align with business needs. Other than that, you will champion a project launch for an e-Learning induction program.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven achievements as an instructional designer, including digital design

  • Ability to craft learning materials with strong emphasis on storytelling techniques

  • Adept in project management and planning
