Your new role:
As a Project Manager, you will lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring all project goals are met efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Lead assigned projects to completion
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (Erection, Productions, Finance, etc.)
- Read and interpret construction plans and drawings
- Professionally liaise with project stakeholders
- Ensure productivity, efficiency, and timeframes are met on site
- Identify project variations
- Submit project payment claims to Contract Administrator on time
- Provide mentoring and assistance to Project Coordinators
What you'll need to succeed:
- Tertiary qualification in Construction / Project Management or similar
- 3+ years of construction / precast industry experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Understanding of contract administration
