A commercial construction company is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a $25M development.

Join one of Canberra's leading and most renowned construction firms as they embark on delivering a $25M+ development. With a solid track record of success, this builder is looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead one of their key commercial projects.

Your new role

As the Site Manager, you will take the helm to ensure seamless execution of the project while upholding the highest quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the site from project inception to completion.
  • Planning and implementing short-term schedules to meet project milestones.
  • Leading and mentoring Site Supervisors, and Leading Hands.
  • Overseeing and coordinating subcontractors to ensure exceptional work delivery.
  • Driving quality assurance to align with project timelines.
  • Facilitating communication with stakeholders, including clients, to maintain strong partnerships.
  • Enforcing robust WHS protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Relevant trade qualifications (highly regarded).
  • Proven track record as a Site Manager on new-build commercial projects.
  • Proficiency with construction management systems to enhance operations.
