Your new role

• Managing property transactions from instruction to completion
• Advising on sales, purchases, leases, and development projects
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and legal documents
• Conducting due diligence, including title checks and property searches
• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements

What you'll need to succeed

• A current NSW practicing certificate
• Minimum 3 years PQE in property law
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial conveyancing procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• A proactive and client-focused approach
